The Precision Machining Department recently visited Reno Machine in Newington. Reno Machine specializes in large-part precision manufacturing, as well as durable tooling and complex molds for today’s composite part and structure fabrication. They have four facilities in Central Connecticut, totaling nearly 150,000 square feet. They have the capacity to handle anything from simple operations on a critical component to the design, fabrication and machining of complex assemblies, tools and molds.

Co-Owner Mr. Mark Occhialina led the students on a tour of the facility, and spoke with the students about job opportunities and workplace readiness skills.
